New Student Walk

Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 3:00PM

Memorial Union Quad

What is the New Student Walk?

The New Student Walk is an event where all incoming students (first-year and transfer) will gather on the Memorial Union quad by college (College of Engineering, College of Public Health & Human Sciences, etc.) to make their way down to Gill Coliseum for New Student Convocation.

  • This is a great opportunity for incoming students to mix and mingle with other students from their college as well as faculty and staff
  • This will mimic the same walk all students will take as they are proceeding to Commencement (graduation)
